Developed in California in the 1960’s by Dr. Paul Hersey, Situational Leadership® training and management training resources concentrate on creating sought-after and productive leaders who make a positive impact on employee performance. The skills that they have learnt has helped them to become more successful leaders, managers, supervisors, coaches, team leaders and individual contributors.

The Center for Leadership Studies in California is the home of the Situational Leadership® model, which advocates the use of leading through behaviour – and changing the leadership stances to match the behaviour of those being led.

GBS – Situational Solutions is one of a number of worldwide organisations authorised to distribute Situational Leadership® products and is the UK and Ireland Affiliate of the renowned Center for Leadership Studies.

Originally known as Leadership Development – Situational Solutions, it has recently become part of the GBS Corporate Training Group whose core business activity for over 40 years is in leadership and management development.
