Trainer Accreditation

Accreditation can be  awarded to a Client’s internal Trainer who successfully completes a programme designed to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver Situational Leadership® training. It allows the Trainer to deliver licensed Situational Leadership® training within their own organisation.

Licensing

A Licensed Administration Resource Kit must be purchased by every organisation wishing to use their own Accredited Trainers to deliver Situational Leadership® training . It is valid for the host organisation only, and remains valid for as long as the organisation purchases an agreed minimum number of participant workbooks and support materials. The Kit contains all the Trainer resources necessary to deliver the programme, including

  • Leader’s Guide
  • DVD (comprehensive set of slides and video vignettes)
  • Situational Simulator (board game)
  • Posters
  • Reference Books - ‘Management of Organisational Behaviour’ & ‘The Situational Leader’
