The term Situational Leadership® is a Trademark registered in the U.S. and other countries and all Situational Leadership® products are protected under standard copyright laws. You may not reproduce, in whole or in part, modify or create a derivative work of the Situational Leadership® products without the prior written permission of the Center for Leadership Studies.

An organisation must obtain permission to use this proprietary leadership training internally with its employees. GBS situational solutions is authorised to sub-license those rights.

A sub-licence agreement confers rights to use Situational Leadership® Administrative Materials related to the content of training for facilitation purposes and provides terms under which your company can train the packaged programmes and purchase training materials.
