This course teaches supervisors, managers and team members the basic applications of Situational Leadership®. It explains the process for determining a person’s current Performance Readiness® level and selecting high probability leadership styles.  Particular emphasis is placed on how Situational Leadership® can be put into practice and participants are encouraged to build their own behavioural model with positive and negative descriptors.
