Situational Leadership® The Core module is applicable in any culture or group. With a focus on specific tasks and behaviours, The Core module introduces the idea of the famous ‘bell curve’, how to use it in work and everyday situations, and how it can be translated into leadership solutions.  Once in effect, it can be used in an infinite amount of ways – from managing to parenting!

The Situational Leadership® Core model (or the bell curve)

 

Situational LeadershipBased on the premise that everyone falls into four categories of behaviour, Situational Leadership® enables people to identify where they are at any given point in time, where their teams or colleagues are, and how to get the best performance out of themselves or others.

It can enable:

understood and applied

  • a positive performance management process
  • a clarification on roles and goals
  • a behavioural model which can be easily 

If you would like to further develop your skills and truly understand how to apply Situational Leadership® then we also deliver the In Action and Intensive programme. Whilst both cover The Core module in depth, In Action is a two day course covering the practical application of the Situational Leadership® Model whilst the Intensive programme is a three day course which also addresses regressive behaviour and covers leadership applications which are tailored to the results of a self assessment profile undertaken as part of the programme.

We understand that actually you may wish to have specific behavioural advice as a leader, and once The Core module of Situational Leadership® has been completed, there are two add-on specialised courses available for leaders who wish to develop their skills further, Leader as Coach and Charting New Courses.
