The Core programme represents the centre, a foundation, or nucleus from which leaders can plan how best to use their behaviour to influence others. The Core encourages leaders to stop theorising and to start thinking of the process involved in leadership. 

The two day course provides a detailed exploration of the Situational Leadership® concepts and use of the model. Participants will also have their own 360 degree Situational Leadership® profile, enabling them to identify their development needs and to compare their self perception with that of others who know them. 

The course is a mix of both hands on experience in diagnosing situations and practical real life applications. This is a highly interactive workshop and utilises online diagnostics as well as video/DVD based scenarios for skill practice.
